Compare/Monday alternative

Looking for a Monday alternative?

Monday is a flexible board that can be shaped into almost anything, which means every company builds its own version and maintains it forever. ZlyntOffice already knows what a client, a project and an invoice are.

Prices and features checked against Monday's own pricing page on 18 September 2026.

Choose Monday if
You want a blank canvas to model any process
You have an internal owner who enjoys building boards
Your work is not client-and-invoice shaped
You need many independent teams with different setups
Choose ZlyntOffice if
You want the client, the work and the money already connected
You do not want to maintain automations as a side job
You want capacity that accounts for leave, not a manual column
You want AI to read the whole business, not a board

Monday is a genuinely good product and its flexibility is the reason people love it. The cost of a blank canvas is that structure is your responsibility, and it drifts when the person who built it leaves.

Moving your data across.

Export each board to CSV and we map the ones that matter (clients, projects, tasks) into real records. Boards that were workarounds usually disappear rather than migrate.

Day 1Export client and project boards. Import as clients and projects.
Day 2–3Turn recurring board templates into project templates. Invite the team.
Week 1Run delivery here, with invoicing connected for the first time.
Week 4Retire the boards nobody has opened since the switch.
Why we built our own

A blank canvas is a bill you pay later.

We built our own boards once, and they were excellent for about six months. Then the person who built them moved on, the automations quietly broke, and nobody was sure which board was authoritative. A system that already knows what a client is does not decay that way.

Switching questions

No, deliberately. You can shape stages, services, templates and fields; you cannot rebuild the data model. That constraint is what keeps it coherent.
