Compare/Bitrix24 alternative

Looking for a Bitrix24 alternative?

Bitrix24 puts a great deal on one screen: CRM, tasks, chat, telephony, a site builder. ZlyntOffice does fewer things, around one clear spine (clients, work and money) and stays legible as you grow.

Prices and features checked against Bitrix24's own pricing page on 18 September 2026.

Choose Bitrix24 if
You want built-in chat, telephony and a website builder
You need a free tier for a very small team
You have someone willing to learn a dense interface
On-premise hosting matters to you
Choose ZlyntOffice if
You want an interface a new hire understands on day one
You want clients, projects and billing as one spine, not modules bolted together
You want AI access across everything, permissioned and logged
You prefer one clear price to a feature-tier ladder

Bitrix24 gives you an enormous amount for the money, and the free tier is genuinely useful. The trade is complexity: most teams use a fraction of it and pay in training time for the rest.

Moving your data across.

Bitrix24 exports CRM, tasks and contacts to CSV. Because the data model is broad, we map only what belongs in a client-service system and tell you plainly what we are leaving behind.

Day 1Export CRM deals, contacts and companies. Import as clients and pipeline.
Day 2–3Recreate your task templates as project templates. Invite the team.
Week 1Run delivery and invoicing here; keep Bitrix chat until you have moved it elsewhere.
Week 4Reconcile and switch off.
Why we built our own

Breadth was never our problem.

Adding features is easy; keeping a business legible is not. We chose a narrow spine (clients, the work you do for them, and the money that follows) and refused everything that did not serve it. That is why a new person can use this on their first morning.

Switching questions

No, and we are not planning it. Your team already has a chat tool it likes; we would rather hold the record of the business than compete with Slack.
