Open Settings → Workflows. Drag the stages to reorder, rename the ones we ship, add new ones, or define which stages a request is allowed to move to next.
- Workflow scopes to a service or applies firm-wide.
- Branches can override the firm-wide default.
- Old requests keep their original workflow until you migrate them.
